In addition to the many (many) talks our team does at meetings across the country, we’re also stoked to offer one and two-day workshops in perioperative point of care ultrasound including online and written educational materials.  Workshops can include bedside TTE (FoCUS), lung, gastric, DVT, and vascular ultrasound.  We have years of experience training both fellows and residents (like Dr. Skaggs, here) with awesome results.  If your group would like to begin incorporating bedside ultrasound in to your practice but needs help getting started we can provide onsite hands-on instruction in basic transthoracic techniques and interpretation.  Contact me (joshua.zimmerman@hsc.utah.edu) to discuss the details.
